This planning phase is very important and crucial and should take into account the following points:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The amount of paper usage should decrease considerably.<\/li>\n<li>One should be able to quickly and easily find the documents.<\/li>\n<li>Label and name the documents accordingly. Labeling and naming improves access to information in the documents and eventually saves time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In short we could conclude by saying that, Planning is different from Organizing and is a very important phase which is usually skipped in many organizations.
